Great for all levels!

I wouldnt consider myself a fitness guru by any means, but Im also not new to the scene. This app definitely has helped me in terms of planning out my workouts and meals. Ive been no to get lazy after some time and give up on both my workout planning and meal preps..definitely enjoy taking the guess work out and being able to focus on my workouts

Just started with the app and it seems pretty good.

All of the workouts are equipped with videos to help you along, also it makes it easier to track your weight and meet your goals!

Awesome workout

I have been out of the gym for a year due to a relocation and wanted to see if I could be disciplined to do my workouts at home. The fitness test kicked my butt and made me more determined to get to doing the first workout right after the test. What a workout! Elevated my heart rate and I even glistened!! My goal is to lose body fat and be the leanest Ive ever been. Hoping these workouts on this app will help me succeed!

Quick Workouts

Very quick and easy workouts. I actually feel bad saying, "no, I cant workout for only 10 minutes" so I find myself working out a bit more. Im hoping this helps get me back into daily cardio and strength training as I seem to be lacking motivation lately.

Great opener for beginners or hardcore healthoholics. Takes gym, calisthenics and nutritional fitness into full view with realistic goals that allow you to feel accomplishments instead of defeat or allow self-esteem to beat you up! Great job, worth every penny of you go full boat!

Definitely recommend

This is day two of using this app and Im already loving it. Very happy I upgraded to pro. I havent started the meal plan yet, but I am definitely loving the workouts. I used to be a hard core workout individual. I fell off track and this app definitely is a challenge.

Its a great interface but pay to get fit? Not with it theres so many other great apps out there for free no thank you!

Love the demonstrations for each exercise, and its just enough of a nudge to keep you going w/o it being overbearing. Really enjoying it!

Terrible app/customer service

1. The paid version of this app is definitely not worth it. Lots of free alternatives out there. Its meal plans also assume you want to spend 40 minutes cooking 4 times a day. Not practical for most. Asked for the 7 day money back guarantee and they basically said "sorry, deal with Apple we cant help". Highly recommend staying away from paid version

Perfect for a healthy beginner (Im 38 yrs old)

Im in decent shape, but I dont work out very often. Got this app to get me moving and perhaps increase my strength and endurance. Because Im not overweight, have no injuries, and hike a lot, I have a tendency to overestimate how fit I really am. The fitness test helped me pick the best plan for me. Im starting with the free beginner plan and then will move to a paid plan. The free beginner plan is definitely challenging, but without being overboard. I also like that you can preview each exercise in the session to know what youre getting into before you do.

The workouts are detailed and easy to follow, And scheduling the workouts helps to stay motivated and on schedule.
