This app is great. The Fitness Test kicked my butt. I had surgery and I couldnt work out for 3 months. I feel this app will help me get back in shape. Awesome app!!

Workout for real life

Great workout that fits into my busy day. Ive been working out for the weeks now. Three times Ive gone to workout but the app is not recognizing my Pro status. The only thing I can do is take the test over and over again. It takes a day to get Pro restored. This is becoming more frustrating as it continues to happen.

Very good - recommend

Ive been using the APP for three weeks. My intent was to get back into my previous exercise routine after months of not exercising by using 8fit. The app is more extensive than I expected. I may not use every segment, but overall I rate this app very good.

Great Workout!

User friendly app. The workout was great. I love that when you finish a workout it asks you to schedule your next workout. Commits you to the next workout. Nice touch.

I have never been a cook, so the meals looked intimidating at first glance. Once I had all the ingredients and started preparing I found that most of these meals are delicious and simple. When I first started the plan I was scrambling to find ingredients for every meal, then found at the bottom there are substitutions!! Then I found that I could easily change my meal according to what I had already purchased! These recipes have really helped me with putting foods together! This meal plan has helped make it easier to decide on what to eat when going out to a restaurant. I have SLOWLY lost 10 lbs, which I think its better when you lose it slow. My goal is to lose about 15-20. Very pleased with this app. My husband is as well since he has also recognized Im cooking more and eating great food ;)

Great so far!

Ive only done one exercise here, but at 31 years old and being an exercise lover since I was 13 years old, I can say that I already like this app! The meal plan looks great and fun! I cant wait to start the meal plan part of it later today. If you have goals and need help getting there, I can say that this app will get you there as long as you stay disciplined and follow it to the letter. Ill write a follow up review in a 3 months!

Workout

I do run and workout a few times a week, typically but was looking for something to boost my passion a bit.. My first workout was fun and challenging..I was sweating and breathing hard which is perfectly what I needed..looking forward to using this app a lot more from here on out

Prepare to sweat. These exercises are challenging and motivating even for me who works out a lot. Ill definitely be recommending this to my friends! :)

Easy way to start including exercise into your daily routine

I started this app this week and love it. Levels are accurate (beginner really is beginner) gets your heart rate going and no excuses about lack of time or equipment. And at 10-15 min a pop I can make it fit into my hectic schedule.

Great App and exercises

Perfect for someone who doesnt think they have time to exercise. Exercises target specific areas and you feel like you been working out for a long time after completing the quick, but useful exercises.

Great APP both if you use the free version or the paid... Which one cant often say! I like the personal trainer aspects it has and I generally enjoy doing the work outs. The fitness test they do to figure out where you should start is great as well! Its an all around great app to use if you are trying to lose some weight.
