Ok Im overweight and do like to exercise. I gave this app a try and got to say. Its a must. I do the 10 minutes and cant find a excuse why I cant. Makes me feel so much better about myself.
I fell off the wagon due to a very stressful situation. Every thing went down the drain. When I installed this app it turned me right back around and got me going again. Its great motivation with easy meal Plans and exercises to your comfort level. Its a great app!
The best fitness app Ive tried for busy people. It has everything you need. Only thing I would change is have the ability to email myself the recipes and create a weekly shopping list.

I am impressed with the variety of meal plans and personalized workouts a great app.
I am enjoying both the meal plan and work out schedule this app provides. My only complaint is that some of the recipes are kind of lacking. They arent well written and could include more detail on food preparation. For example, one recipe says to use "beef". It doesnt say what cut of beef, whether it should be cut up and in what size, or if it should be ground beef. I would also like to see more advance food prep ideas, like making a big batch of couscous salad to use for the next three lunches.

This app is amazing, and it fits my schedule. Id highly recommend it. My only issue is that the app is more geared towards losing weight, as a pose to gaining muscle. Im quite skinny and I cant do the really hardcore workout in the app, but doing the easier ones would be a waste of time as they mainly help you burn fat, not gain the muscle needed to step up a notch. All that aside, I still use the app and am seeing starting to see my abs. Although my arm muscles havent grown at all. Well see what happens with time. Amazing app, just please add an easier workout made to gain muscle for skinny people, thanks!

The very thing you may look for that really works for free. Standard programs and all the exersizes unblocked (unclassified though) - precious thing youll hardly ever find in any other app.
