Great app! Just one thing though...
This app is amazing, and it fits my schedule. Id highly recommend it. My only issue is that the app is more geared towards losing weight, as a pose to gaining muscle. Im quite skinny and I cant do the really hardcore workout in the app, but doing the easier ones would be a waste of time as they mainly help you burn fat, not gain the muscle needed to step up a notch. All that aside, I still use the app and am seeing starting to see my abs. Although my arm muscles havent grown at all. Well see what happens with time. Amazing app, just please add an easier workout made to gain muscle for skinny people, thanks!
